So, tell me about this neighborhood.

Charming Homes

You've probably noticed it's hard to find two houses that look alike in Mariner's Cove. When the neighborhood was being developed, small builders were given the opportunity to purchase a lot and do "spot" building. It's part of what makes our neighborhood so unique.

Family Friendly

Whether it's splashing at Druce Lake Beach or swinging on one of the many neighborhood playgrounds, there are a bunch of fun activities to keep your little ones busy.

Private Lake Access

We have not one but two lakes located in the neighborhood - Druce Lake and Third Lake. Only residents have lake rights, so you have exclusive access for boating, swimming and fishing.

What do you like best about living in Mariner's Cove?

Here are a few examples of what residents have to say:

"Our neighbors! We love our community. Having great neighbors that we know and trust gives me the ability to kick my kids outside to play every single day and really create a great life and childhood for my kids and family." - resident of 7 years

"Community is friendly, supportive, caring and outgoing." - resident of 2 years

"Maturity of environment/trees, different styles of houses, well-kept common areas." - resident of 24 years

"Quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood." - resident of 9 years

"Kayaking and Stand Up Paddleboarding on Druce Lake." - resident of 11 years
