Reserve Study Summary
In 2020, a reserve study was conducted for the Homeowners Association. The Association owns and maintains various portions of the neighborhood. The reserve study projected what maintenance of those neighborhood areas will cost in the coming years.
No one wants to be caught off guard by an emergency, and we need to make sure as a community we have the funds to cover those things we are responsible for.
